    How do you find the right candidate?

    Finding the right candidate is rarely a job-board problem, it is a process problem. A good recruitment agency runs a layered pipeline: targeted sourcing across HR networks, technical screening, behavioural interviews and reference checks tracked through a proper ATS.

    In niches like iGaming and customer support, where product knowledge and shift discipline matter as much as a CV, headhunting and human judgement beat keyword matching every single time.

    The right hire is the one who shows up, performs and stays, and getting there means investing in screening before you invest in onboarding. Most failed placements trace back to one of three things: a vague brief, a rushed shortlist, or skipped references. Fix those and the hit rate improves dramatically.
